Release Notes#

ClusterWareAI ™ Release v13.3.0 is the latest update to the ClusterWareAI platform.

13.3.0 Release Notes#

  • Version 13.3.0 introduces the ability to send alerts about ClusterWareAI events, such as compute node state transitions, health check failures, and so on. Alerts can be configured with custom messages and sent automatically to supported third-party software, such as email, Slack, PagerDuty, and others.

  • The AI Factory Operations Agent conversation experience is enhanced with user-specific conversation history and multiple agents to handle a variety of queries, including how-to questions or queries related to ARS history.

  • Health checks, Telegraf, and status indicators can now run inside Kubernetes or Podman containers on compute nodes while still reporting back to ClusterWareAI head nodes.

  • An optional switch management and Software Defined Networking (SDN) feature is now available as a tech preview for clusters with a single head node. Use SDN to automate the onboarding of your Arista or Cumulus network switches, view switch topology, and detect changes between your current and planned network.

Deprecated and Removed Features#

The following features were deprecated or removed with the 13.3 release. In the case of commands or command arguments, the legacy values will continue to work for now, but will be removed fully in a future release. Scripts or other automation should be updated accordingly.

  • The _health* reserved attributes are removed from the ClusterWareAI software. Use the ClusterWareAI Health Monitoring System (CHMS) to assign health checks and monitor compute node health instead.
