Sample Files

The following ICE ClusterWare ™ sample files are available on any head node in the /opt/scyld/clusterware-tools/examples directory:

• node-states.ini: Example state map. See State Maps for details.

• mdraids.butane: Software raid arrays during deployment. See Ignition and Butane Configuration File Examples for details.

• partitions.butane: Use to partition drives when using Ignition. See Ignition and Butane Configuration File Examples for details.

• wipe-disks.sh: Use with caution - wipes all storage on a machine. See Create Login Nodes for details.

• deploy/cuda-toolkit.sh: Use to deploy the CUDA Toolkit into an image.

• deploy/nvidia-driver.sh: Use to install NVIDIA drivers on a node.

• deploy/virsh.sh: Use to install a virsh virtual machine. See Create Login Nodes for details.

• terraform/slurm-1-compute.tf: Multi-tenant clusters only. Example file to create a Slurm tenancy with a single compute node. See Tenancy Terraform File Requirements for details.

• terraform/slurm-20-compute.tf: Multi-tenant clusters only. Example file to create a Slurm tenancy with a 20 compute nodes. See Tenancy Terraform File Requirements for details.

In a multi-tenant cluster, the following sample files are available on any super-cluster head node in the /opt/scyld/clusterware-multitenancy/examples directory:

• mtconfig.json: Use to change the values for infrastructure nodes, multi-tenancy tokens, and Ethernet and InfiniBand switch configurations when creating tenancies. See Multi-Tenancy Configuration Files for details.

• node-mtshapes.json: Use to change the compute node selection criteria when creating tenancies. See Multi-Tenancy Configuration Files for details.
